10:00 AM — Free Kids Self-Defense Seminar (Ages 5–14)
Led by Coach Mark. Your child will learn how to stay safe, stand strong, and respond with confidence.

11:00 AM — Meet & Greet + Facility Tour

12:00 PM — Adult Jiu Jitsu Seminar ($40)

2:00 PM — Open Mat + Community Hangout
