Growth Mindset Collective - Scholarship Program
Our Youth Scholarship Program is designed to provide deserving students with access to life-changing jiu jitsu training. We award scholarships based on character, effort, and the potential to positively impact our community — because we believe strong values deserve strong opportunities.
Where Strong Character Earns Opportunity
We’re not just teaching jiu jitsu; we’re shaping future leaders. This scholarship recognizes students who show dedication, respect, and a willingness to grow both on and off the mats.
At Growth Mindset Collective, we award scholarships to the
most exceptional students — those who prove through their actions that they are ready to grow, work hard, and represent our values.

Join a community where education meets martial arts, creating a supportive environment for your child's development.

Frequently Asked Questions about Our Youth Scholarship Program
Is this scholarship based on financial need?
No. Our scholarships are awarded based on merit, character, and commitment — not income level.
Is it first come, first served?
No. We review all applications at once and select the best candidates. The earlier you apply, the better, but selections are not made in the order received.
Can a scholarship be taken away?
Yes. If a student misses too many classes, shows poor behavior, or fails to uphold the values of Growth Mindset Collective, the scholarship will be revoked.
Do you offer full or partial scholarships?
Most scholarships are full coverage of the 10-week program. In rare cases, we may offer partial support if the applicant is a strong candidate but space is limited.
What kind of "proof" should I include?
Any evidence of your child’s growth mindset, responsibility, or character:
- Good attendance or grades
- Teacher or coach recommendations
- Personal accomplishments or community involvement
Can returning students apply?
Yes — especially if they’re applying for the Competition Program. We love seeing students grow and take on new challenges.
Can someone else nominate a student?
Absolutely. If you know a child who deserves this opportunity, share this page with their family and encourage them to apply.
