CLASS SCHEDULE
Morning and evening classes, six days a week — structured for adults, built for all levels.
Adult programs run throughout the week with dedicated beginner slots designed to bring new students up to speed without overwhelming them. Whether you train mornings or evenings, there is a class that fits your schedule.

ADULT BEGINNER JIU JITSU
Recommended entry point for adults with no prior experience.
Tuesday — 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Thursday — 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
ADULT GI JIU JITSU
Gi required. Traditional uniform training.
Tuesday — 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM
— 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM
Wednesday — 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM
Thursday — 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM
— 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM
Saturday — 9:00 AM – 10:30 PM
ADULT NO-GI JIU JITSU
Shorts and rash guard appropriate. No uniform required.
Tuesday — 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM

KIDS JIU JITSU
Ages 5–17. Structured curriculum, supportive environment.
Monday — 9:00 AM (Elementary School)
— 4:00 PM (Elementary School), -5:00 PM (Middle School), – 6:00 PM (High School)
Wednesday — 9:00 AM (Elementary School), - 10:00 AM (Mixed Aged)
— 4:00 PM (Elementary School), -5:00 PM (Middle School), – 6:00 PM (High School)
Friday — 9:00 AM (TK/Kindergarten)
— 4:00 PM (Elementary School), -5:00 PM (Middle School), – 6:00 PM (High School)
